Refund policy

At F17 Hats, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

The only exceptions are:

  • If your order arrives damaged

  • If your order is missing items

If the tracking number shows that the package was delivered, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for lost packages. Once it is marked as delivered, it becomes the customer's responsibility to ensure it is received.

If you received a damaged or incomplete order, please email us at f17hats@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist you.
